The bench just east of East Glacier, Montana has some of Montana's strongest winds, with the prevailing westeries chanelled and intensified as they fight their way through Logan Pass just ten miles away. This site would provide a tremendous PR opportunity, with major traffic passing by every summer on its way to East Glacier, Montana and Glacier Park. Wind lease, which must be specifically negotiated also requires $6,000 per MW per year.
